Summit Interconnect, Inc. Acquires Streamline Circuits Corp.

Summit Interconnect, Inc. is pleased to announce the combination of Summit Interconnect and Streamline Circuits. The addition of Streamline increases the Summit group to three California-based operations. “The Streamline operation significantly enhances Summit’s PCB capabilities when time and technology are critical,” said President and CEO Shane Whiteside; “and provides Summit with the strategic advantage of having a Silicon Valley location.”

This combination brings key industry veterans together to support the rapidly expanding demand in North America’s defense and commercial markets. “I am very proud of the business model we created at Streamline to serve the industry’s need for a supplier that is responsive to market demands,” said Streamline former CEO Chuck Dimick. “The opportunity to join Summit makes perfect sense. We both see a need to provide a well-funded and highly capable PCB manufacturing solution to our customers.”
